In what circumstance do we provide a replacement?

Upon receiving goods, please send us pictures of products showing following details:

1) The items you received are not the same as you requested.

2) Defects or stains that are not caused by transportation, or broken by customer

Please feel free to send us your request of replacement and proof of defects per email within 3 days upon your receiving of goods, and do return the items back to us for replacement within 15days. If we don’t receive a replacement request within 3 days after goods arrival, the liability of replacement will be denied. Please be noted that customer will be charged the freight of returning goods and new replacement. We also can send the replacement together with new order. According to our quote (ex-works price), we will not be responsible for any defects caused during transportation. Hope to have your understanding on it.
